Today I made this yummy juice of:
½ pineapple, 1 apple, ½ lemon and a few finger size pieces of fresh turmeric.


Almost just as much as I am looking for the optimal way to dress, I am looking for the optimal healthy food to eat. I will blog about that, all in the intension to inspire all to get the best out of their days.
Today it is about Turmeric for you not to forget this spice
Turmeric is so much more than a spice as it is
full of great health benefits as for its anti-inflammatory
properties and for being a natural liver detoxifier to mention some.
Ground Turmeric is easy to ad to many more dishes than you think.
My favorite is to put it on fish before you it set it in
the oven or to ad it to a dressing of lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper to pour over a lentil salad.
The most effective way to benefit from this root is of cause to eat it fresh and raw.
My best suggestion is to juice it and my favorite juice is :
